- Sourcing furniture, appliances, tradespeople and obtaining estimate for the work you want done.
- Managing the tradespeople on site (builders, specialist kitchen and bathroom fitters, gardeners).
- Regularly visiting the site to oversee work is done according to plan.
- Final handover followed by snagging.
