This is your opportunity to talk one-to-one with Justine about what it is you’re looking for. 

By filling in your details, you will receive a link to the JK Homes to love and live in questionnaire, please be sure to complete all of the questions as accurately as you can. Once we have reviewed your questionnaire (at least 2 working days), we will contact you to schedule a discovery call with Justine either by phone or video conference.
 
Discovery calls are our first opportunity to get to know each other and the specifics about your project. We will review your completed questionnaire, and discuss next steps for scheduling an in-home/ site review and consultation visit and the costs involved. (call duration: 30-40 minutes)
 
After your consultation visit, we will provide you with a proposal that will include the scope of your design/project, timeline and design fee.
